At the Tottori Sand Dunes, the Sand Museum, an overwhelming scale of sand sculptures are displayed to convey the charm of the sand sculpture and the view of the world according to the theme of each year. You can enjoy looking at and appreciating them but also making your sand sculpture at the Sand Museum.
By creating your sand sculpture, you can enjoy the sand sculpture more deeply, and also deepen understand the nature of the sand and the sand sculpture techniques.

Date: Every day from April 13 to November 30, 2019
Hours：13:30 – 15:30 (reception closed at 15:00)
Venue：The Sand Museum sand play square (open‐air)
Reservation：Not required (accepted on the day)
Fee：500 yen per unit (with tool rental)

* Entrance fee for the Sand Museum is required separately.
* Sand Sculpting Experience might be suspended in the case of busy hours or when an event is held at Tottori Sand Dunes.

* Creation time is about 60 minutes

・ We will stop accepting applications as soon as the capacity is reached each time.

・ It may be canceled without notice at busy times of the museum during the busiest holiday period.

・ It may be canceled when it rains because it is an outdoor experience.

・ Reservation is not required, those who wish to participate will be accepted on the day. For groups and school events, reservations are required at least one week in advance.
